Discuss your personal specifications and requirements for your project

We start every single project by discussing our clients wishes, to gather outcomes and expectations for the scheme

Our team will visit your property to assess the space and learn about your business so that we can work out exactly how you need your space to function. We will also measure up and view the existing layout to figure out what will and won’t work.

Work with our team of designers to finalise your property design before fit-out

At this stage we start to create a design based on our clients’ personal requirements and our findings from the initial assessment of the space.

During the design phase, we prioritise every detail and requirement highlighted by our client during the initial assessment. This includes the existing layout of the space, the position of the windows and doors, any health and safety considerations and much more. Throughout the process, we'll offer our clients plenty of opportunities to make amends until they are 100 percent happy.

When our clients are happy with the design of the space, we begin working on transforming the property.

All of our work is carefully managed on a timeline to ensure work is completed to an exceptional standard but in an achievable predetermined timescale. Throughout the fit-out process we aim to be as transparent as possible; we’ll also be around to answer any questions that our clients may have.

Get to know your new space and decide what's working for you and what isn't

Once you've settled into your new office space, we'll be on hand to make necessary adjustments if you require them.

Your project will be assigned to a member of our expert team who will take care of you from start to finish, including your aftercare needs. If you find you want to make some adjustments once you're moved in and have actively used the space, we can help. This may be adding an additional meeting room, privacy booth or more furniture. Whatever you need, Centric will be on hand to assist.
